2. Processing Time & Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England), after payment is confirmed. During high-volume sales periods, promotional events, or seasonal rushes, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive an order confirmation and a separate shipment notification email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (Mainland UK). We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or international destinations at this time.
We partner with reliable courier services, primarily Royal Mail and Evri, to ensure your decor finds reach you safely. The specific carrier and service level will be selected based on your location, order size, and the service option chosen at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery & Receipt

7. Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments

- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., over 7 business days past the estimated delivery date) or indicates an exception, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is deemed lost, we will reship your items at no extra cost or provide a full refund.
- Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, we will contact you. Reshipping will incur additional shipping fees. Please double-check your address at checkout.
