2. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns for most new, unopened, and unused items within ‌30 calendar days‌ from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Personalized, custom-made, or monogrammed items.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
  • Any product not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. The Return Process (No “Refund-Only” Option)

A return authorization is mandatory before sending any item back.‌ ‌We do not process refunds for items that are not physically returned to us.

  1. Initiate a Return Request:‌ Within the 30-day window, contact our customer service team at ‌cloverh@ukhomedecorbox.com‌ with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a ‌Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number‌ and instructions.
  2. Package the Item Securely:‌ Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item Back:‌ Return the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA instructions. ‌You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).‌ We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
  4. Inspection & Processing:‌ Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes ‌5-7 business days‌ after the parcel arrives at our facility.

4. Refund Policy

Upon successful inspection and approval of your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment‌ used for the purchase.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable‌, except in cases of our error.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility‌ and will not be reimbursed, except in cases of our error.
  • Please allow 10-14 business days‌ for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after we approve it.
  • Important:‌ As stated above, ‌we do not offer partial or full refunds without receiving the returned item.‌ Claims for “refund-only” while keeping the product will not be honored.

5. Exchanges

We currently prioritize the return/refund process. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, we recommend processing a return for the original item (following the steps above) and placing a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures you receive the correct product promptly.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will arrange for a return (with a pre-paid shipping label at our cost) and, upon receipt and verification, offer you a choice between a full refund (including shipping) or a replacement, subject to availability. ‌This is the only scenario where a replacement may be issued prior to receiving the return.

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 business days after our approval notification:
